It eliminates bad smells. It is sprayed directly on hands to be disinfected.

USAGE: Apply 3-5 ml of solution to area of skin to be disinfected and spread over your skin using your hands.

SIDE EFFECTS: Rarely, it can cause a burning sensation and redness on the skin. INGREDIENTS: Hydrogen Peroxide, Deionized Water, Glycerin, and Sodium Carbonate.
